Peanut Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Peanut butter (crunchy is best)
  • Chilli powder/sauce/fresh chilli (optional)
  • Sugar
  • Milk

Method

  • Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
  • Fry chicken in oil until tender and cooked through
  • Add chilli and peanut butter
  • Add milk in small amounts and stir until the consistency of the mixture is to your liking
  • Add sugar to taste
  • Simmer for a couple of minutes, if sauce becomes too thick, add more milk
  • Serve with noodles or rice
